Quality
- The artworks on the web site are samples only. Every artist has own style and own finishing touch, therefore we can't guarantee the paintings as the same because paintings are hand painted. However, we will arrange different levels of the experienced artists according to the quality and price.
- All paintings are high medium to high quality, except Standard Collection is regular quality. If you wish to order in top quality, please let us know.
- All the paintings are 100% hand paint on canvas.
Return & Exchange Policy
- No return for high quality, high medium, regular quality paintings (Standard Collection) and in-store ordering.
- We are so confident in the integrity of our products that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for every painting we sell to our customers. Items can be exchange in 10 days in original condition.
- You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping and the packing in original condition, therefore, insure all items.
- All exchange request must notified us by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the items.

- Are your oil paintings made by machine?
All the oil paintings on this web site are completely hand made by our talented artists.
- Do you sell paintings or prints?
We only sell 100% handmade oil paintings on canvas, hand painted by experienced artists. These are oil on canvas genuine masterpieces and each stroke, texture and nuance is created by hand – in the same way the original paintings were created.
- What are sizes of paintings?
20"x24", 24"x36", 36"x48" or some other workable sizes
- What is the quality of your paintings and does it look exactly like the picture on the web page?
All paintings are high-medium to high quality, except Standard Collection is regular quality. If you wish to order in top quality, please let us know. Because we are direct importer, we work with over 10 artists talented artists worldwide.
- How long will I need to wait for the painting?
The artwork usually takes about 4-6weeks. Wholesale order will depends on order detail which usually about 8-10weeks.
- Do you sell worldwide?
Yes, but we reserve the right to refuse the orders from the countries of high fraud payment.
- Can you create a new oil painting from a bunch of different photos?
Definitely. It’s called a composite painting. Since our artists start from scratch there is no limit to what they can add to or subtract from the original photos. An example could be a family portrait with an additional person, a different background or a photograph painted in the style of a particular artist. As far as composites go, the only limit is your imagination.
